Windows script to copy archive logs to another location

Hi All,

I need windows script which will copy created 'Archive logs' from default location to another location using 'Time stamp'

'Time Stamp' means, the script will copy the active logs on the basis on current system time - (less) 1 hour.

So the script will copy all the archive logs which has got crated before 1 hour and not the current one or which is currently in use by database.

Does any on has this kind of script of any third party tool

Database version = 11g R2
Operating System = Windows 2008

Please guide me on the same.
