Windows iis Unable to connect to Oracle !!
401333Nov 5 2003 — edited Nov 5 2003We have a small workgroup(windows professional 2000) without a domain and also a database Oracle 9i. Developers have developed a web application using ODP.NET annd now for testing we've shifted the application to a domain and database is still on windows workgroup. The windows domain is windows server 2003 have also installed the odp.net on domain and web config we've given the same database instance (myinst). But the application is not able to connect to database on windows 2000 professional (workgroup) how do i do it ...or should my computer also be a part of domain ??? Please help
