Windows Guest cannot copy any file successfully over network

Hi,

I am using Oracle VM 2.2.1 Server and a Windows 2008 Server R2 guest is not able to copy a simple 300MB file over network successfully.
It is constantly failing with Network Error:
""An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.

Error 0x8007003A: The specified server cannot perform the requested operation."

It can copy very small files...but anothing in MBs are getting failed. I did see similar copying issues in linux guests, but it was not that hectic...but in Windows it is simply not ready to copy anything over network.
I do have the PV Drivers installed.
