Windows database not starting automatically

Hi,
I have installed 11gR2 oracle on my windows machine and created a database orcl.
The issue is the database does not start automatically.
I have checked that the registry value ORA_orcl_AUTOSTART is set to TRUE and also startup type of Windows service OracleServiceorcl is set to 'Automatic', but still I have to restart the DB manually everyday.

Any other things to check?
