Windows comm.jar

I don't know if I'm going nuts, but the Java Communications download for windows no longer exists. I downloaded it last week from http://java.sun.com/products/javacomm/ but it has moved from the site. They now only have solaris and linux, even though their FAQ says they don't support linux yet. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
