Windows cannot find '..\jre\bin\javaw'. error -help..

Guys,
When I run the startup script,I'm getting the error below:
Windows cannot find '..\jre\bin\javaw'.
I tried seting the enviromental variable PATH pointing to the folder where jawa.exe resides.But no luck
Could someone advice me to fix this error ?
