i have a external hard disk of 320gb i want it to use for both windows and Linux. is it possible? is there any format or a software?
presently my external hard disk is in ntfs format it doesnt mount in linux.
i got suggestions that we can make 2 different partitions 1 with ntfs and other with fat32 formats but fat32 they also said that fat32 doesn't allow a file larger than 4gb!
i need to practise oracle apps dba which is larger than 4gb so how is it possible to get a dump of it?
is there any format or a software for my external hard disk so that i can use it both in linux and windows xp(or 7)?
thank you!
