Windows 7: Sql Developer doesn't fetch results beyond 50

I've following SQL Developer tool in Windows 7 (64 bit) OS:
Oracle SQL Developer 3.0.04
Version 3.0.04
Build MAIN-04.34

IDE Version: 11.1.1.4.37.59.31
Product ID: oracle.sqldeveloper
Product Version: 11.1.2.04.34

When my SQL query returns more that 50 rows, in the Query Result section, I can see only 50 rows. When I scroll beyond 50 results, it's doesnot fetch any more results. While in Script Output (f5) I could see all results. Is this some known issue?

In Tools > Preferences > Database > Advanced - sql fetch array size by default is set to 50. When I increase it to 60, I could see only 60 results and scrolling down doesn't result in fetching the next set of output rows.

Pls provide pointers to overcome this issue.
