WIN32 Error Message with Suite 10g Download

I downloaded the Oracle Developer Suite 10g and was not able to install reason being that I am running windows 200 professional ( Win32 application ).

Where can I download the 32 bit version of Oracle Developer Suite 10g ? If not the suite, which one do I download for my OS ?
