I hope somebody on this forum can assist with a problem I'm currently struggling with. I've an application developed with Visual Studio 2010 ultimate, running on 64-bit windows 7. This application uses MS OLEDB Provider to connect to MS SQL Server 2008. The backend is to be changed to Oracle 11g but all efforts to install the Oracle OLEDB provider has failed because it is not showing up on the list of Referenced components for the project in Visual Studio. I've no problem connecting to Oracle, either through odbc admin or sql net manager. Pls, can someone point me in the right direction?
