WIDCOMM bluetooth stack

Hi all,
I am developing a Java application for desktop environment using BroadCom USB adapter and WIDCOMM bluetooth stack. However, it keep on reporting an error on bluetooth stack not initialized and unable to load HCI manager. I was thinking along the line that it is the bluetooth stack that is providing the error, should I change to Microsoft bluetooth stack ?

Help is appreciated.
