Why you get an error "You don't have permission to access / on this server" after receiving a sessio

Good morning!,

Recently I went through 10g and 11g webgate installation on apache http server v2.2.15 on RHEL 6.7 platform. I created corresponding 10g and 11g webgate profile from OAM side in where an application domain is available. The application domain contains authN policy, authZ policy and resource to protect in this case /**. In the end, when I hit "http://host.domain/" URL then I should see apache default landing page.

After installing 10g webgate and 10g webgate profile, the browser got a session cookie as part of response and I was able to land on to the expected page.

However after completed uninstalling 10g webgate then installed 11g webgate on the same http server, the browser got a session cookie back successfully via 11g webgate profile but the browser displayed "Forbidden you do not have permission to access / on the server."

I would like to know what caused this and how to resolve it.

Thank you for your time reading this thread!

D.
