Why won't a specific device connect to Apex app?

Hello fellow developers,

I have an Oracle Apex app (version 18) that a customer of mine says they can't access on their Samsung SGH-1497 tablet.  The error message is "Connection problem: couldn't establish a secure connection".  They can access the app with their phone and PC.  They can even access the app when using the Brave browser on that same tablet.  But when using the native Silk browser, they get the aforementioned error.  Any ideas?
