Why Virtual Box fails to install Win 8.1. on Windows 10?

Hi guys,

I have been trying to install a client Windows 8.1. VM on my computer and always come across this message:

I downloaded the Win 8.1. ISO versions from the Microsoft official website to USB,

I have Windows 10 installed in my host and I tried both versions of Vbox:

VirtualBox-5.0.2-102096-Win.exe

VirtualBox-5.0.3-102467-Win.exe

The Log File is unfortunately bigger than 2MB so I was unable to paste it here as a picture. But I can send it in text format.

Kindly request your help.
