Why the number of rows don't update?

Hi all,

I have here the oracle 10g on opensuse 10.3 and one table that contain more of the 2 milion of records and after a truncate in this table, the nunmber of rows still the same in the entrerprise manager! why? accessing by the web browser and the java aplication.

and the truncate i make in the PL/SQL Developer.
