Why the database instance startup took significant time on the new server.

Our system admin build new Solaris 10 Sparc 64bit servers for Oracle 3 node RAC. However, the instance startup time (from SQLPLUS) is significant. It can take over 20 min. The normal time is less 2 min. The database is configures as 10GB in SGA and the server has 130GB in memory. What make it took so long to startup an instance?
