Question:- Why OSB service is getting response only after a number of retries whereas the end service (REST-POST) is working fine and giving response immediately and every time through SoapUI and PostmanTestSuite

Issue:-

When I test my OSB service which is passing above JSON request to the above endpoint then sometimes it gives response and sometimes it keeps on running and no response comes even if it keeps running 30 minutes. So everytime I have to close the test console and try again and experience the said behavior again.

And once I keep trying testing my proxy service, suddenly it gives response after random number of trials. This is a big issue and quite unacceptable behavior.

I am not sure weather it is an OSB bug due to which it is happening or is it due to something else. Need a solution for this strange behavior of my service. Please help!
