Why oracle user don't log into my Linux Server via 3 SSH tools?

Quanwen ZhaoAug 2 2018 — edited Sep 12 2018

Hello experts,

A few days ago I had changed the password of some Linux users (i.e. root, oracle, sysadmin) on all of Linux servers. But after changing password successfully, I found that only one server didn't log into it with oracle user via any SSH tools (SecureCRT, Xshell, Putty).

Actually oracle user's password of that Linux server is right (I ensure that I really doesn't input wrong password). Please take a looking at total 5 screenshots as follows,

(1) SecureCRT,

(2) Xshell,

(3) Putty,

But first I used "sysadmin" user to log into this Linux server and then switched to "oracle" user (it's the same password to previous), this logining mode is normal. The following 3 pictures explain this point.

(1) SecureCRT,

(2) Xshell,

(3) Putty,

Could you help me to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards
