why oracle not use real memory?

The host is 64-bit windows 2003 and has 8g ram. The db is 64-bit 10.2.0.1. SGA is about 2.4g. But when I check the task manager it shows :
mem usage 1.6g
vm size 4.7g

And there is 4.8g ram available.

Why?
