Why Oracle learning video streaming is slow

I have started "Java Se: Programming Complete" course. But its stream is very slow. I have very fast internet connection. Oracle streaming hardly consuming 1MB internet while there is available 8MB internet. Other streaming site like YouTube is streaming smoothly.
Kindly address regarding slow streaming issue.
