Why my forms shows a '?' when need to print a "ñ" or 'é'

I have recompiled 10g forms to 11g and Im running at the weblogic server, but I see the question mark '?' when special characters like 'ñ' or any accented vowel like 'á' are supposed to be.
Is there a solution for it?
