Why is it not displayed in the Excel sheet when I click 'Open in Smart View' in Oracle EPM?

I am using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Workspace, Fusion Edition.

After viewing the data, when I click 'Open in Smart View', the Excel program opens and the data retrieved from Oracle EPM should be displayed on the Excel sheet, but no data is displayed in Excel.

When you click ‘Open in Smart View’, the first Excel screen will appear and ‘New’ will be displayed.

How can I make the data displayed on the sheet properly?
