Under APEX 24.1 I have a form with an item type file upload Named “File”. This item is mandatory. I upload an file without problem. Then I click SAVE everything is OK. I can create the file. But when I try to modifiy the form and Click on Apply Changes I get an error message “File must have a value”, enven though the field is populated with the file “Report.csv”.
