why I am seeing different IKM options for 2 different mappings under same folder and project

Hello All,
I am wondering why I am seeing different IKM options for 2 different mappings under same folder and project.
Below Example:
image.pngHere I can not see IKM "Oracle Incremental Update (PL SQL)", however if I see other mapping in same folder , it is available:
image.pngIKM "Oracle Incremental Update (PL SQL)" is a local KM created within project folder.
One difference I can see (I am not sure if this is reason is):
Style: Template and Component

However If I try to create any new mapping , it is becoming Component Style only and not sure how to create with Template Style if that is the reason.

Kindly help !!!
