Why can I not select to run my chosen lab on LiveLabs, as I only get the option to run in my Tenancy

To use the Oracle Live Labs, I can login but when I go to run the Lab you are given two options 1) Run in your own Tenancy or 2) Run on LiveLabs but the Run on LiveLabs option is greyed out. I want to run on LiveLabs but don't seem to have the option as it is greyed out, can you help?
