Why blank item in Poplist - List Item

Hi,

Why the blak element is appearing in the List of Elements in the List Item of style Poplist. I added only two element at design time , and made Required=YES and assigned Initial Value also, but when running th form, apart from the two element added , one NULL/Blank element also displaying, How can I solve this.
