Why Am I Losing Exam Attempts Without Ever Entering the Exam? — Is This the Real Race to Oracle Certification?.

I’m experiencing a recurring technical issue while attempting the OCI Architect Associate certification exam. I have faced check-in failures on July 1, July 2, and again on July 11, each time receiving the same error message:
“Something went wrong. Please contact Oracle Support.”

My Environment:
• OS: Windows 11
• Browsers Used: Edge (July 1–2), Chrome (July 11)
• Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi
• VPN: Not used
• SR References:
• SR250701-000950 (July 1)
• SR250702-002676 (July 2)
• One raised today for July 11

I followed all guidelines—cleared browser cache, used full-screen mode, and ensured a stable setup—but still could not enter the exam environment. I was marked as “No Show” each time despite trying to check in on time.

I request Oracle to:
1. Credit back my July 11 attempt, as was done previously.
2. Investigate the recurring failure on your delivery platform.
3. Share a clear resolution or workaround before I reschedule.

Your timely support would be greatly appreciated as this is affecting my certification journey.
