Why account status Locked (Timed)?

Hi, I'm a newbie oracle dba and I just get complain from user that his account is locked. When I checked using Toad for Oracle, the user status is Locked (Timed). The failed_login_attempts is currently set to unlimited. Can anyone tell me why the user status is Locked (Timed). thanks
