Why a company will use PL/SQL with Crystal Report instead of Oracle Reports

Hi Everyone,

I have been looking for a job now in Oracle Reports and I found most company that are looking for Crystal Reports Developer will use Oracle Database. Why is it company will prefer to use PL/SQL language with Crystal Report instead of Oracle Report while I know that Oracle Report will integrate well with Oracle Database using PL/SQL then other reporting tools?
