WHMCS and eCommerce with Oracle Database

Hi,

I have develop one website (https://tutorscube.com) for education services. i have integrate famous billing script of Domain Hosting companies ( WHMCS ) for order management and payment merchant.

Its possible that i'll manage Order Management and payment gateways integration in oracle 11g or 12c with oracle database?

And also suggest me for easy oracle tool for development oracle form and manage its databases.

One more question, eCommerce Website on Wordpress work with oracle desktop app?
