While running consolidation in HFM how to restrict users not load data

Dear All,

Is there any way to restrict user while running HFM consolidation? we have separate consolidation team is there, they will do final consolidation all the times. While running consolidations some users loading data. They are saying that only HFM application available to consolidation team exclusively while running any consolidation that can be switch on / off when required?.

is there systematic way to disable users during the consolidation process? (apart from logout option / process control management).

Could you please give some suggestions if any HFM rules available for implement?
