While doing a export I am having the following error:ORA-1406....

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 1406 encountered
ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncated
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully
We have:
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.2.0 - 64bi
PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.2.0 - Production
CORE 10.2.0.2.0 Production
TNS for HPUX: Version 10.2.0.2.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 10.2.0.2.0 - Production
