While creating a quote in CPQ, I am facing an error in CPQ. What could be the reason ?

CPQ - Error Image (2).png (45.66 KB)CPQ - Error Image (1).png (71.96 KB)We have implemented Salesforce Managed Package Installation but while creating a quote from Salesforce I am facing the issue which says 'CPQ Site refused to connect'. Also, while creating a quote in CPQ, getting an error.
How should this be handled ?
