while clicking on workbench fdm it threw an error

Hi All,

I am installing fdm component development environment where i was able to install and configure the FDM components after the post configuration is completed when i click on fdm workbench to following error i am getting

System Error &H80004023 (-2147467229). A microsoft software installer error was encountered

Please help me out asap to clear this issue
