While accessing the workspace getting the Error Bindows^TM

Hello,

We have Oracle Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.2 Version, while accessing the workspace URL we are getting the Bindows^TM Error Screen & also mentioned that Application Description File Loaded.

The screenshot is attached & we are not getting any errors in logs & in EPM Diagnostic report.

Please advice if anyone face the issue.
