Which TOAD product is good?

We are going to buy some third party DBA tool and I heard of TOAD many many times. Can someone give me some suggestion on which TOAD product should we go for? TOAD for Oracle (standard, professional, xpert) or TOAD Central for Oracle? The main purpose is to monitoring system and performance tuning.
