I'm just a beginner in oracle. I wanna practice that in my home. For that, which version should i download? application Express or enterprise edition or standard edition? what is the difference between them? Which suites me best - 10g or 11g? I need forms and reports services too for practice.. Where can i get them? Please clear my doubts in detail....
