Which the best way-tool-technology to use to migrate from Unisys to Oracle database

Hi All

Which is the best way to migrate and transform Big big FLAT (probably tons of millions records) files coming from UNISYS mainframe to one Oracle Database?

My first approach was sqlloader , but i do also know exist Oracle Gateway and Oracle Data Integrator 12c

Please could you advice me which it would be the best tool - way to do? or give me more inputs on this
