Which Supplemental Logging Options to use?

Hi,
 
I am configuring Schema Streams Replication on Oracle 10g R2. 
As far as I learnt, at each source database, supplemental logging for the shared objects must be added. Available supplemental logging options are: Keys, All, Primary Key, Index Keys, Freign Keys.
 
My question is: What are the rules that governs which option to use for a specific case?
