Which products for Windows XP "Media Center" edition?

All I want to do is run Forms and Reports on a standalone database for training purposes, and maybe other products later. A small amount of data will suffice, so I assume that the "Personal" version will do. I am right that the "Personal" edition is only available to download free in the the 9i version, and that the 10g editions available now would be "over the top" for my purposes?

I'd like 10g but I can live with 9i, so If I have a 32bit PC with, say 100gB free, what downloads would I need to select set this up?
