Which Oracle 10g JDBC Driver to use?

Hello,

there are several JDBC Drivers/Jars in the Oracle JDBC/Lib-directory:

ojdbc14
ojdbc14_g
ojdbc14dms
ojdbc14dms_g

Now: Whats the difference between the 4 Jdbc-drivers listed above????
