which ODAC for VisualStudio 2019 (workstation on Windows 7) and MSSQL 2019 (on Windows 2019 server)

Hello.

I have VisualStudio 2019 (workstation on Windows 7) and MSSQL 2019 (on Windows 2019 server).

I must connect to Oracle 10.2 and Oracle 12c from dtsx packages.

Which ODAC should I install ?

ODAC 19c or ODAC 12c ?

Does ODAC 19c work on Windows 7 ?

Does ODAC 12c work with VisualStudio 2019 ?
