Which java

I downloaded Oracle SQL Developer on my desktop. Because I already have a bunch of Java.exe files, I didn't want to further confuse things by installing Java again, so I didn't download that version.

But when I ran the executable, it asked me for the location of the java.exe file. I tried a few without luck. How do I find the proper java?

I did a Dos prompt find to get the following:

Directory of C:\JBuilderx\jdk1.4\bin
Directory of C:\JBuilderx\jdk1.4\jre\bin
Directory of C:\Program Files\DbVisualizer-4.0.4\jre\bin
Directory of C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_03\bin

Directory of C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin
Directory of C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_05\bin

Directory of C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_07\bin
Directory of C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin
Directory of C:\Program Files\jGRASP\jdk\bin
Directory of C:\WINDOWS\system32
