which Jar file is having Java.util.arraylist in OC4J

Could you please let me know, which Jar file is having Java.util.arraylist in OC4J. Some of our JSP pages are not working where I am using this class in my Form Bean (Our project is using Jdeveloper, BC4J and Struts).

Do wee need to set CLASSPATH to point to this jar file?

Any help will be appreciated
