which jar contains "sun/security/x509/CertAndKeyGen"

Hi

i'm trying to use SecureFTP from glub.com. am getting this error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sun/security/x509/CertAndKeyGen

I'm new to java. can anyone tell me what is causing this? is this caused by a file missing? if so what file is it & where can i find it? thanks in advance.
