which framework to choose???

Hi all,

I recently started working again with Java. I used to develop applications with JCreator and Java SE to learn an object oriented language. As I understand to work as a Java developer one has to choose a better IDE...I have chosen NetBeans 6.7 and Java EE 5... I have some questions though! When I create a new project the IDE prompts me to choose the frameworks to use in my project, such as: Spring Web MVC 2.5, JavaServer Faces, Structs 1.3.8 and Hibername 3.2.5

My purpose is to develop business applications which connect to databases and manipulate the databases data.
Which of the afore mentioned frameworks should I choose?
Should I choose another IDE, for example Eclipse?
Cand you recommend a book for my needs?
