Which Form Builder version should i install?

I have this database 10g on my Windows Xp service pack 3...
this is the same version of the server were using

SQL> select from v$version;*

BANNER
----------------------------------------------------------------
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Prod
PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
CORE 10.2.0.1.0 Production
TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production


so which Form builder will compatible with this database version...
the server also have its Oracle Application Server Forms and Reports Services 10g (10.1.2.0.1)
should i install the form builder that is the same version with the Oracle Forms services?
