Where to put the d2kwut60.dll ?

Hi all,
I use Oracle Forms Developer release 6i. The d2kwutil.pll and d2kcomn.pll are attached to every my forms application. I called Win_API_Session.Timeout_Start_Timer in the when-new-form-instance of the first forms application to run ; and it causes the "internal error" error.
So I wonder if the d2kwut60.dll file is not located in the right folder .
Where should I put the d2kwut60.dll file ?
