where to put javax.* packages downloaded from this site

HI All,

I have been working on some simple jsp's and have manged to get them to work. SO I thought I would try and get a simple javabean to work, only to find that I was missing the javax package. I downloaded this package from the sun site servlet-2_3-fcs-classfiles.zip.

I was wondering where to put this.......
I have tried putting it with the src.zip file in the base directory, but that hasn't worked. I don't have permissoin to install the files myself otherwsie I would try all the options. SO would it be the lib directory ?? OR do I have to change my CLASSPATH ??
Or what ?!?!?!?!?
