Hello, I would like to report a bug on the FreeIPA package that came shipped on Oracle Linux 8 but I can't find a way to report the issue without being a paying customer.

Is there something similar for Oracle Linux?
Also, as a non-paying customer, can I fill an RFE (Request for Enhancement) or this is a feature only for customers with active support?
